GOLD CONTRACT (Hot/Cold Pressure Washers)
4 Service/test inspections per annum.
30% discount on parts and chemicals. Free technical advice.
All service parts included.
Loan machine if breakdown repair will take more than 48 hrs.
No call out charges (only pay for labour and parts).
Priority scheduling of breakdown call outs normally by the end of the next working day if reported before 9am.

SILVER CONTRACT (Hot/Cold Pressure Washers)
4 Service/test inspections per annum.
10% discount on parts and chemicals. Free technical advice.
No call out charges (only pay for the labour and parts).

BRONZE CONTRACT (Hot/Cold Pressure
Washers) 2 Service/inspection visits per annum.
10% discount on parts. Free technical advice.

DOMESTIC CONTRACT
2 Service/inspection visits per annum.
10% discount on parts and chemicals. Free technical advice.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. LPC will make the agreed number of visits per annum to carry out service/maintenance at regular intervals.
  2. The contract will cover all the travel and labour costs for the number of stated visits. Breakdowns will be free of call out charges, however labour will be charged at the standard rate, along with parts charged at the prevailing price less the appropriate contract discount. (ie Platinum 30% Gold 30% Silver 15% Bronze 10%). Inclusive service parts (Platinum and Gold Contract) are engine oil, pump oil, electrodes, burner nozzle and fuel filter. (Where applicable). Excludes electrical safety (PAT) testing.
  3. Any work that has to be carried out during the contract period to repair any damage caused by misuse, negligence, use of non LPC chemicals, tampering, repairs by non LPC authorised personnel, fitting of non standard or non LPC approved parts, failure to follow recommended frost protection, failure to follow manufacturers operating instructions or operating manual are not covered under the contract and will be charged with a call out and labour rate.
  4. The term of the contract will be one year unless stated otherwise. The contract will be automatically renewed on the anniversary of the said contract. Prices will be subject to an annual price increase and review.
  5. Termination of the contract can be at any time by either party giving at least one months notice in writing. (A penalty charge may apply).
  6. Equipment that has not previously been covered by a LPC Maintenance Contract must be inspected and brought into good working order before the contract can begin. On receipt of a signed contract an engineer will carry out an inspection visit. If remedial work is required the work will be carried out at our standard labour rate. Parts will be charged at list price less the relevant contract discount.
  7. A loan machine (Gold Contract) will be made available if the repair downtime will be more than 48 hours. If a loan machine is used the insurance cover for loss or damage will be the responsibility of the customer. The maximum loan period will be seven days and clause 2 and 3 apply.
  8. The stated contracts are only valid for machines being used for a standard working day (8 hours). If the working day is regularly greater than this a separate agreement is required.
  9. Payment terms are strictly 30 days and must be adhered to.
